Simon is the founder of The Mill, he is a registered architect and RIBA member.

He has been involved in key UK developments from the small boutique fit out for the Monmouth Coffee Company in Borough through to the luxury high-end fit out for Barclays Investment Bank in Canary Wharf, the redevelopment of the BBC in Northern Ireland and the Royal Mint in the City of London.

His project experience covers the urban, architectural and interior design scales from initial project briefing through to construction and completion. He brings ten years professional experience to The Mill and having recently completed the interior fit out for Monzo Bank HQ in Shoreditch he is currently the project architect on the Ensleigh Street Galleries and Creative Workspace project, a six storey redevelopment in Bloomsbury. 

Simon graduated from the Canterbury School of Architecture with distinction and continues to stay involved in architectural education and teaching. Prior to architectural education his background was in the fine and digital arts which continues to inform his work.

Anthony is a senior interior designer at the Mill with ten years commercial fit out experience working across retail and workplace design.

Prior to joining The Mill Anthony was an Interior Designer at Estee Lauder Companies. He has a keen eye for the detail and finish of his projects and plays an active role from initial project briefing tough to completion. 

He graduated with distinction at BA honours level interior architecture and continues to maintain an interest in architectural education.

Mia is a junior interior designer at The Mill. She has a strong eye for finishes, furniture design, selection and composition. 

She graduated with distinction at BA honours level Interior architecture in 2015.
